In this two-hour inspiration session, participants dive into the world of contract management based on CATS CM®. The online session covers the best practice and explores the training opportunities offered by CM Partners. The program is designed to quickly inform participants who are aiming to further professionalize contract management within their organizations. Participants will gain insights into the growing importance of contract management and become familiar with the fundamental definitions crucial to understanding this field.
Additionally, they will explore the CATS CM® methodology, discussing the objectives and principles that make this approach so effective. The session also provides an overview of CATS RVM®, a complementary contract management methodology, and how it can be implemented in practice alongside CATS CM®. This inspiration session is suitable for contract professionals and managers looking to further professionalize contract management or explore training opportunities for their teams. Due to high demand, a maximum of two participants per organization can register at a time.

Teaching Methods
The inspiration session focuses on sharing information. In the online setting, participants are given the opportunity to introduce themselves in a short digital introduction round and to introduce their own question or context, making each inspiration session unique.
