This exam tests the material covered in Part I through III of the book “Contract Management with CATS CM® version 4: From working on contracts to contracts that work”. The candidate can take the CATS CM® Foundation exam after thoroughly studying the mentioned parts of the book. Attending one of the CATS CM® Foundation training courses significantly contributes to good preparation. Upon successfully passing the exam, the candidate will immediately receive the digital CATS CM® Foundation certificate.
The exam is for anyone who wants to test their knowledge of CATS CM® through the exam.
Duration
The exam lasts 60 minutes.
Exam Content
Part I, II, and III of the book “Contract Management with CATS CM® version 4: From working on contracts to contracts that work”, comprising chapters 1 through 20.
Examination Method
The exam candidate is granted access to an online exam environment. The candidate can take multiple practice exams and has three attempts for the real exam to obtain the certificate.
The exam consists of answering 60 multiple-choice questions within 60 minutes. It is allowed to consult the book during the exam. However, the candidate should keep in mind that with the amount of questions and the available time, it may not be possible to look up all the answers.
To pass, 80% of the questions must be answered correctly, which means at least 48 out of the 60 questions. If multiple answers are possible, it will be indicated in the question.
The result is available immediately after completing the exam.
Retake
The candidate can take multiple practice exams. Didn’t pass the exam? The candidate gets a total of three attempts to obtain the certificate.
The price of this exam is EUR 200, excluding VAT. This price is valid until August 31st, 2024. After this date the price of the exam is EUR 250, excluding VAT.
