Introduction

Contract management is inextricably linked with service and project management. The CATS RVM® Foundation training provides the participant over two day with the essential basic knowledge of realization and verification management. CATS RVM® offers a structured approach for effectively managing contracts at the intersection of contract management and project and service management. The training covers the core principles, roles, and key points for realization and verification managers within the domains of deliveries, delivery management, and contract management, as well as the procedures to follow. There is also extensive focus on the distribution of tasks, responsibilities, and authorities between project and service managers on one hand and contract managers on the other.

Over the course of two days, the participant immerses themselves in realization and verification management. After the training, the participant will take home the conviction and knowledge that contracts in services or projects can indeed be managed effectively. This applies to the perspective of contract management and to delivery management. Upon completion of the training, the participant will be able to take the first steps to successfully, effectively, and efficiently implement realization and verification management within their organization.
